#seniortim

Tim Daniel Carney, also known as #Timbetch or the more recently popular #SeniorTim is a scholar and athlete like no other. #SeniorTim has not always been so rowdy and rambunctious as he displays thus far into senior year. While still very dedicated to academia and his time commitment to his lacrosse team, #SeniorTim has gone above & beyond to prove himself #fun&flirty for the last year of college. This is a before shot of #Timbetch, before his transformation to #SeniorTim

Before: #Timbetch long ago

#SeniorTim in action

Look at this transformation. Who would have seen this coming? We loved #Timbetch of course!, but #SeniorTim (while still excited by GoogleDocs and schoolwork) is also excited by getting rowdy on weekends and even some Wednesday night extravaganzas! #loveit

#SeniorTim just hangin' out
It seems as if this New Jersey native understands that life is short and we should live it to the fullest. We see this is our last year for the rowdy lifestyle to be #acceptable & #appropriate, so clearly Mr. Carney has decided to make the most of it while he can! You go #SeniorTim. #staysaucy #getrowdy

If you take anything away from this post, please learn to live like #SeniorTim. He sees his opportunities for rowdiness are becoming limited, and has gone for them! Let this be an inspiration to all who wonder "what if..." don't wonder, just do. Put yourself out there and do what you want while you still can.

Stay saucy and don't let fear lead your life,
Cara

#rainraingoaway

With all the rain we've been having, these songs are ones that really speak to a true #rainyday. If you face the fact that you can't hate the rain, but only accept it then enjoy the sound of these songs & the drizzle on your windowpane!

Raindrop Keep Falling on my Head by B.J. Thomas

Wonderwall by Oasis

Banana Pancakes by Jack Johnson. Honestly, any Jack Johnson song works for this weather. It makes your #fun&flirty side become feeling #rested&relaxed!

Stay dry,
Cara

#fallessentials

I know an average betch will look at this and think I am going to list off #wardrobeessentials for the fall season, however these are tips that will help you look better and feel better.

*first and foremost, a betch must remember to always weather.com it! Don't be that person walking in a tank outside in the pouring rain that Delco, Ohio loves to greet us with. If it is going to be 40 degrees one day, don't be surprised to wake up the next morning to a lovely day of 68 degrees. A betch-must-have-app is definitely the weather.com one! Whether you have a smartphone or not, have this in reach. You want to know when it's going to be raining to rock that rainjacket and your best pair of #Wellies or #Hunters. Highly suggesting that you #bookmark a weather website you trust enough to base your outfits on for the day so you won't look so #foolish!

*Crispsin Natural Hard Apple Cider - If you don't have the stomach to drink brews 24/7 you should definitely look into drinking a #CrispinAle. It is a great to drink with a nice dinner. If you have ever had a Strongbow Cider and enjoyed the taste, then you will definitely like Crispin. These #badboys have about 7% alchohol in them which makes them way more effective than throwing back brews...and less caloric as well! [[afterall, no betch wants to bloat]] Enjoy!

*Hot Apple Cider - On the topic of ciders, nothing feels more fall-ish to me than a cup of hot apple cider. While the leaves are changing and the weather is gradually becoming colder and colder, there's nothing better to warm you up than a refreshing apple cider. Serve hot or cold and you won't regret!

*Football games - with the return of fall also comes the return of football. Sunday & Monday night football games will keep both the #betches and #decks entertained and on the edge of their seats. Thank god the #lockout did not interfere. Could you imagine the #decks going a day without discussing their #FantasyFootball teams? ...Nope, I couldn't either.

Enjoy the change of seasons,
Cara

#koalatime

You know those mornings when you have to get up for class, but the snooze button is just so tempting to keep hitting? The mornings when you can feel fall has come way too early? The gray skied, rains-about-to-fall feeling that makes you want to stay under your comforter all day? I know this betch does...

Just today it took me setting my alarm 5 more times than usual to actually get my lazy betch-behind out of bed to go to my afternoon class. I hope this weather isn't here to stay this early on!! I don't want to give up the beautiful, want-to-be-out&about weather that wakes a betch up with a saucy smile.

One of my favorite things to do on rainy days [[as any other college betch/deck]] is to get back to bed after class and #koala. While most people don't understand what I may mean with that last sentence, I am prepared to introduce the word to you. It is the most accurate word when discussing with someone what you did all day and where you were when everyone else had been to library hours ahead of you.

#Koalaing is basically the act of napping, just as a koala would do & does do all day. Just to make sure you don't abuse the power of this new term, I will put it into a betch situation for ya..

Betch 1: "Phoebe, where were you all day? You missed our trip to Vaqueros for quesadillas!"
Betch 2: "Wait, really? Aww, I was koalaing all afternoon."

So, if you use it mildly similar to instances like that, you will have no problem in continuing to excel in #betchcabulary [[the vocabulary of a betch]].

#relaysavers

Every betch knows that #LDR (or, long distance relays) are sometimes tricky to make work. Since I'm a lucky betch and only have to deal with #LDRs during the summers and on breaks from school, I couldn't imagine how my other betches who have boyfriends in different countries do it! They are truly amazing & I commend them!

I will say though, with the invention of #Skype it makes things a while lot easier. Thanks to #Skype, it feels like you are almost hanging out with your deck and it is really nice! Although nothing can obviously compare to what when you're together in person, it's nice to have the option of actually seeing and talking to them while millions of miles away from one another.

#IPhone is also helpful for having Facetime where you can video chat with them on your phone [[given the fact that your deck also has a newer IPhone]]. I have never done #Facetime, but I feel like it would be somewhat awkward. I can just picture having a really good conversation, but the lack of privacy would bother me because you would probably make other people annoyed by having a conversation as loud as a Facetime one would be. If you can't wait to talk until you get to your computer and are an #anxiousbetch, I suppose this is the option you'd prefer. Let me know how that goes, I'm still very curious. & please, don't be that betch who is doing it in line at the grocery store, at the gate in the airport, or anywhere too public. No one wants to hear every intricate detail of your saucy/or not-so-saucy life.

The last way to connect with someone [[and I'm thinking about those #abroadrelays here]] would be by BBM. Of course you'd have to disregard my post about the zesty #IPhone rather than how I divorced my #Berry, but if you are with someone who is not in the country or is traveling abroad, then I would definitely think a #Berry with BBM would be your best bet! Texting from country to country would surely rack up the phone bill & lets be honest, no one wants that!

Also, if you have betches who are "relaycist" -- one who is against those betches in relationships, don't feel bad about being in a relay, just kindly move into another room when you are talking to your deck [[not like you wouldn't do that anyways, but just a kind gesture so as to not upset the betchhood]].

Stay saucy & save those relays,
Cara

#puppylove

Sooo about a week and a half ago one of my best friends got the cutest dog! Her name is Lucy and she is a #goldendoodle. She is the #best!  Although she is still a pup and not house-trained yet, she is so good! Such a perfect little addition to the whole living off campus aspect of life. What could be saucier to see after an exam or quiz?! And after a whole day of strenuous classes, you get to come back home to such a cute little puppy?! She is definitely a betch too, which is the icing on the cake.

Betch Characteristics:
*big fan of wine
*loves decks
*loves exercise
*loves to get rowdy
*being playful
*she's so #flirty&fun!

What more could be asked of a 3 month #betch? PLUS: she is a Gemini, as am I and her owner, my betch Katie. Isn't it just so appropriate is the word "bitch" is actually referring to a female dog. It works out so well! Now all she needs is a #babyhusky to befriend her!! I'm in the process of not spending money and putting it into a fund for my baby husky!!

P.S. I apologize for the absence of posts recently. Just got internet in the apartment this weekend, so please stay tuned for better & saucier posts to come!!

Stay saucy,
Cara
