#missingthe90s

Okay, so let's face it. We all had those things we loved to do when we were little betches & decks. Back in the '90s when I was such a little-betch I enjoyed many things. To name a few: my Tamagotchi which usually ended up dying due to starvation every week, my Furby (which never died), and of course the ever lovable Beanie Babies as I was reminded of last night. I also loved #paintbynumber! This is a good old fashioned, rainy day activity that kept me busy for hours. Unfortunately, they are rare to come by nowadays. So rare, in fact, that the only way to find them near my house was by amazon.com! Since I had some days off work, I thought I'd let my saucy creativity flow. I immediately thought of all the great times I had as a mini-betch painting by number and I knew what I had to do!

The '90s were a great time. I loved having no responsibility and enjoying a saucy and busy day in the sandbox or on the junglegym. Life is pretty easy for those little betches & decks out there. Who doesn't miss watching Fresh Prince of BelAir? (or Will Smith's musician days?) Or my personal favorite, 7th Heaven (new episodes you could count on every Monday night @ 8!) Now all that's on television is about pregnant teens and pranks. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little amused by Jersey Shore every now and again, though. But, it's time to face the facts and understand that '90s television was just so much better. I will give some saucy mention to Nickelodeon. They say that they are bringing #90sNick back! Those were the best of times! Kenan & Kel, All That (sometimes), Pete&Pete, Rugrats?! Love it all so much & was very happy to see that other people were also not ready to let go of the decade.

As a generally optimistic betch, I find myself trying to see the future as being as great as the '90s! I'm sure it will be...as long as we all stay saucy!
