It's super easy and you never feel hungry!
- 9 A.M. : Breakfast -- enjoy any flavor of Special K cereals. They are offered in any basic supermarket. My personal favorite is the Fruit & Yogurt! It's good and never feels bland. Since the diet is a 2 week process, it's important to explore other flavors in cereal just in case you get bored! I am also a fan of Red Berries. I would not suggest the Blueberry flavor, to me it tastes rank. But I am also a picky eater, so...
- 12 P.M. : Lunch -- you can either grab a protein meal bar (since I am a chocoholic I especially enjoy the Chocolatey Chip bar). It fills you up and gives you energy!
- Afternoon: any time you are hungry in the afternoon you can have a Special K snack. My favorite are the crackers (Multi-Gran). I've also tried the chips, but can't say they're very filling.
- Dinner: Eat your meal as you would normally. As long as you don't go to Wendys or fill yourself up with greasy items, this diet works!
