#heartbreaks&heartaches

Every betch knows that decks can #makeitorbreakit when it comes to matters of the heart. Why do we let them get to us so much? Some decks are just not #betchworthy. There are many #tendencies that betches usually go through when going through the hard times of #heartbreaks&heartaches.

These probably look pretty familiar to a #brokenbetch:

  1. Having the ability to eat EVERYTHING. Although you feel like sitting in front of the T.V. watching #RoCo's (Romantic Comedies) and eating your feelings away, it will only make you more sad. Get off the couch and do something productive that keeps your mind busy!
  2. Excessive exercising. This is a much better alternative than eating your feelings. You can run all of your anger/sadness away rather than racking up the #calorieinput.
  3. Bash sessions. These are in someways #therapeutic(?) but all in all, we betches don't need to put down others to feel okay about ourselves. We are bigger than that. While there are always emotions you want to share with the others betches about how you feel, #bashing is not the way to do so.
  4. Making break-up CDs. This is always a #popularapproach that betches end up doing. Usually other betches make their #brokenbetch a CD with the top songs of #decks really messing up. Two great songs that always seem to make it to the playlist: 1.) Before He Cheats - Carrie Underwood and 2.) U + Ur Hand - Pink
Things to do:
  1. Exercise & avoid any and all buffets!!! 
  2. Concentrate on you. You don't need an #unbetchworthydeck filling up your thoughts 24/7.
  3. Don't go crazy. Although #singlelife is new again, be sure to remain true to yourself.
  4. Keep positivity around. Get rid of all his stuff or things that may remind you of him. That means all pictures, letters, emails, texts, voicemails, anything.
